I have to ask why is it when you cut something out of your diet/life style change :) you want it more than anything in the world? This week I completely followed the rules and by Wednesday I was getting weird cravings. I thought for sure one of the cravings would be chocolate since I would have one candy bar a day for break at work. Instead I replaced my candy bar with fruits. But no it had to be fried chicken of all things. I have been a good girl this week it's been tough making the right choices in food selections. Most the time I would make it a quick lunch and grab McDonalds. I have no will power well I have will power just very little when it comes to bad for me foods. Tomorrow will be an interesting day for me. I plan to go over to my aunts house and start baking my cookies and candies for Christmas. Peanut butter balls, birds nest, white chocolate macadame nut cookies, and peanute brittle to name a few of what I'm making.It's going to be hard not to eat at least a handful of my cookies I mean come on who doesn't like fresh out of the oven cookies?
Anyways....I also this week started P90X all I can say is I have muscles that I didnt' know existed that are killing me.Thanks Lee for suggesting it. :) I think I'm going to buy stock in Bengay creme for my poor legs and arms. I can barely comb my hair in the mornings. My arms they hurt to lift my brush. I am going to stick with it I know I can get past this stage. It's just going to suck really bad for awhile. This program is not made for wimps so I have alot of work to do because I am definately right now a complete and total wimp :)
